We have learned home cooking
of Colombia from Miyazaki Rosa
"Pollo Guisado" Chicken Stew
"Sopa de Lentejas" Lentil Soup
"Ensalada" Vegetable Salad

Miyazaki Rosa is a teacher of Chigasaki International Association Spanish
classroom. |

We isolated the different ingredients to match the different recipes |
|
|
Teacher prepared vegetables by hand, while we minced vegetables with cutting board. |

『Pollo Guisado』 Chicken Stew |

All meat and vegetables were stewed over low heat, slowly and carefully.
Chicken meat is soft and easily peeled from the bone and served
It is a gentle taste (not too spicy) so the elderly and children can enjoy
comfortably.

『Sopa de Lentejas』 Lentil Soup |

We made it with the soup stock that came from the stewed chicken.
There are many healthy vegetables in the Lentil Soup. |

Cut the ingredients into bite-sized pieces, then tossed with mayonnaise. |

The teacher would come by and check our seasonings |
Garnish - Cassava (when dried to powder extract becomes tapioca.) |
Soon the meals will be ready!! |
