1.Boil hotdog and vegetables together in saucepan 2.When vegetables are heated through, remove from heat 3.When cool, drain water. Add avocado and eggs them mix. Season with salt to taste 4.Add mayonnaise to your desire and mix again |

*120g lentils *1/4 onion, chopped *1/2 package green beans *1/2 carrots, chopped *2 potatoes, chopped *Chicken consume *Salt to taste *2500ml water *500ml water, set aside |

1.Add 500ml of water to saucepan. Add lentils and wash lightly 2.Boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and discard water 3.In a separate pan add 500ml of water, onions, carrots and green beans 4.Bring to a boil then add potatoes and consume 5.Simmer for 5 minutes. Add lentils and season with salt to taste |
